Delete Your Nuqati Account
Users can delete their Nuqati account directly from the mobile application.
Steps to Delete
- Open the Nuqati app.
- Sign in to your account.
- Navigate to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
Data Deleted
- User profile information
- Phone number
- Email address
- Loyalty account information
- Preferences and settings
- Associated personal data
Data Retained
Transaction records may be retained for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes as required by applicable law.
Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be kept for analytics and service improvement.
